The certifications ISO 20000:2011 for Service Management System (SMS) and ISO 27001:2013Â for Information Security Management System (ISMS) are the Worldâ€™s highest standards of information security and service delivery, demonstating eTranzactâ€™s commitment to a world-class, customer-oriented service culture and environment.
Presentation of the certification was done by a team led by the acting Deputy British High Commissioner, Mr Ahmed Basher MBEâ€™ who congratulated the CEO, management and staff of eTranzact for joining the class of International organisations with these certifications.
