The Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Fashola, is bereaved. The ‘action’ number one citizen of the Centre of Excellence state lost his father to the cold hands of death.
Fashola’s father, Alhaji Ademola Fashola, died on Sunday night after a brief illness. He was aged 75 before death. The incident has forced the governor to cut short his stay in Saudi Arabia, where he had gone to observe the Umrah religious rite in Saudi Arabia. He is on his way home to bury his late father.
