Plateau State Governor, Jonah David Jang has assured that the state would deliver 1.8 million votes for President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday on the basis of his achievement in the state and the entire country.
Jang made this known during a Town Hall meeting with the stakeholders in Plateau Southern Senatorial District at Shendam Hotel, yesterday where he is contesting for a Senatorial position.
Jang said “PDP must move to the new Government House in Little Rayfield in May 29 ; the people of the state will vote for Goodluck Jonathan this Saturday.”
The Governor urged the women to drag their husbands “out so that we can deliver 1.8 million votes to PDP as earlier promised during the electioneering campaign period.”
Jang applauded the people of the state for contributing the success of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, all elective positions and the performance of leaders since General Yakubu Gowon down to his administration.
Jang who urged the people of Plateau to forgive him all his wrongs during his eight years in office, said the All Progressives Congress, APC would disappear after the presidential election because the party was not founded on a solid foundation.
