Photos: Nigeria’s first lady Dame Patience Jonathan Returns home From Geneva To Mourn Late Mother


Nigeria’s first lady Mrs Patience Jonathan, wife of Nigeria’s President has returned home from a three-day trip to Geneva to mourn her late mother, Mrs Charity Oba. Mrs Jonathan, who returned to Abuja on Wednesday, was in Geneva to receive an award as the Online Child Protection Champion from the International Telecommunication Union. Nigeria’s first lady who lost her foster mother on Monday July 22nd in a fatal auto accident, had to cut short her trip to Geneva to return home to mourn. Patience Jonathan returned yesterday night and was received by her husband, the president’s mother, Tony Anenih, Abdusalami Abubakar and many other dignitaries at the presidential villa in Abuja.  SEE MORE PICS AFTER CUT>>>>
