Patoranking, who just won the Next Rated award at the Headies with an SUV,  has revealed that back in the day he struggled and hustled. Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, before becoming rich and famous, said he used to sell rat poison and was once a bricklayer.

On that note, he walked away as the crowd gave him a standing ovation….
